You will have the time and the technology to provide comprehensive, high-integrity care. Clinical Autonomy: Perform thorough periodontal assessments and therapy. You must be certified and comfortable administering your own Local Anesthesia to ensure a pain-free experience for your guests. Comfort & Sedation: While the doctor is available for induction, you will be responsible for monitoring Nitrous Oxide to maintain a safe and relaxed environment. Sleep Medicine Integration: Collaborate on screenings for Sleep Disordered Breathing (Sleep Apnea), utilizing our Diplomate-level expertise in Dental Sleep Medicine. Tech-Driven Diagnostics: Use Open Dental , intraoral cameras, and CBCT imaging to "Listen, Then Lead" guests through their oral health journey. What We Are Looking For Licensure: Active Florida Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license and BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association). Required Certification: Florida Local Anesthesia Certification is required. Desired Certification: Nitrous Oxide analgesia/monitoring certification. Software Skills: Proficiency with Open Dental is a major advantage. You should be tech-fluent and comfortable with a paperless, efficient workflow.
