Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Doctor with a Partnership Track to join our dynamic dental team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality dental treatments, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining efficient practice operations while working closely with our experienced team to achieve shared success. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental examinations, including patient assessment and diagnosis using medical and dental terminology. Deliver a wide range of dental treatments such as general dentistry procedures, dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery. Utilize dental software systems like Open Dental, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix to document medical records accurately and ensure HIPAA compliance. Conduct patient consultations to educate on treatment options and promote oral health awareness. Maintain strict infection control protocols and aseptic techniques during all procedures to ensure patient safety. Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry practices to enhance efficiency and patient experience. Assist in the development of the practiceâs growth by participating in community outreach and patient retention initiatives. Stay current with advancements in dentistry by engaging in continuing education related to pediatric dentistry, medical imaging, dental fabrication, and anatomy knowledge. Qualifications Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Valid state dental license with eligibility to practice independently. Proven experience in general dentistry with proficiency in pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and dental extractions. Familiarity with dental software such as Open Dental, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix; experience with medical documentation and records management is preferred. Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations, infection control standards, and aseptic techniques. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex procedures clearly to patients of all ages. Knowledge of medical terminology and medical imaging techniques relevant to dentistry. At least 7 years of prior experience working in a dental clinic or office environment is highly desirable.
