Job Title: Pediatric Dental Assistant (Open Dental & Expanded Duties) Location: East Cobb / Marietta, GA Pay Range: $17 – $25/hour Schedule: 25–30 Hours Per Week Join Our Fun, High-Energy Pediatric Team! We are a high-quality pediatric practice in East Cobb looking for a Dental Assistant who brings clinical skill and a great personality! We need someone who genuinely loves kids and can make parents feel at ease. This is a perfect role for someone who wants a consistent, primary job with a great mid-week balance. The Schedule We are looking for a reliable team member available for the following days with transition to full time: Monday & Wednesday: Full Days (with a 1-hour lunch) Tuesday & Thursday: Afternoon hours 1-5 pm . (Occasional morning hour, great for work and life balance) Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM (No lunch – get your weekend started early!) Average: 25–30 hours per week with plans to scale full time as practice expands! What You’ll Do: Clinical Excellence: Assist with hygiene, take X-rays, and facilitate smooth exams with the doctor. Specialized Care: Assist with pediatric procedures under Nitrous Oxide and IV Sedation. Expanded Duties: Perform coronal polishing and place sealants. Tech Proficiency: Use Open Dental to manage charts and patient flow efficiently. Engagement: Be the friendly face that helps kids feel brave and keeps parents informed. Who You Are: Experienced: Proficient with Open Dental and modern dental technology. Certified: Georgia X-ray certification and Expanded Duties (or currently in progress).
