Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled General Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental examinations, including patient assessment and diagnosis using medical imaging and dental terminology. Perform a variety of dental procedures such as dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and endodontics with attention to detail and patient comfort. Utilize advanced dental software systems like Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix to document medical records accurately and efficiently while adhering to HIPAA regulations. Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment during all procedures. Collaborate with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their oral health needs and educate them on proper dental hygiene practices. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental fabrication techniques and emerging technologies in general dentistry. Ensure compliance with all safety standards, including infection control and medical documentation requirements, to promote a safe clinical environment. Support team members through four-handed dentistry techniques to optimize workflow and enhance patient experiences. Skills Proficiency in using dental practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix. Extensive knowledge of pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and related specialties. Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and dental terminology essential for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs compassionately and effectively. Experience in performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, and other complex procedures within a clinical setting. Familiarity with infection control standards, aseptic technique, and medical imaging practices. Ability to communicate clearly with patients and team members while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience working in a dental clinic or office setting is highly desirable for seamless integration into our team.
