Dental Hygienist - Pure Dental Care, PA - West Palm Beach, FL

We are a modern, patient-focused fee-for-service, holistic private practice dental office seeking an experienced Dental Hygienist to join our team. We emphasize whole-body health, biocompatible care, and high-quality personalized treatment in a friendly and supportive environment. Responsibilities: Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing Take digital X-rays Conduct periodontal charting and assessments Conduct patient assessments by reviewing medical histories, vital signs, and current dental conditions to inform treatment plans Use intraoral camera to document and educate patients Deliver local anesthetic as permitted under Florida licensure scope Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems such as Eaglesoft ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations Follow strict infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to uphold safety standards within the dental office environment Ensure patient comfort and provide excellent chairside manner No double booking of hygiene patients — dedicated appointment times provided for each patient Requirements: Active Florida Dental Hygienist license Minimum 1 year of clinical experience required Current CPR certification Proficiency with digital charting and X-rays Strong communication and interpersonal skills Team-oriented with a positive attitude What We Offer: Hourly pay ($40–$43/hour, based on experience) Paid Time Off (PTO) Holiday PTO (New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day) 401(k) and 401(k) matching benefits Supportive team environment Modern technology and systems If you are passionate about patient care and want to be part of a high-quality holistic, fee-for-service private practice team, we would love to hear from you!
