We are seeking a Dental Hygienist who is clinically skilled, attentive to detail, and passionate about patient education and preventative care. What Youâll Do Perform comprehensive hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, and periodontal maintenance Conduct thorough patient assessments, including periodontal charting and oral health evaluations Support airway-focused and comprehensive treatment approaches through observation and documentation Educate patients on oral-systemic health, hygiene techniques, and long-term prevention strategies Take and review digital X-rays as needed Partner with the doctor to support diagnosis and treatment planning Maintain accurate, detailed clinical notes and patient records Follow strict infection control and sterilization protocols Create a calm, comfortable experience for patients throughout their visit Contribute to a well-organized, efficient clinical flow What Weâre Looking For Active Dental Hygienist license (Florida) Strong clinical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and build trust with patients A calm, confident, and compassionate chairside presence Organized and able to manage time effectively in a clinical setting Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude Open to learning and adapting to airway-focused and comprehensive care approaches Commitment to high standards and continuous improvement Experience with myofunctional therapy is a plus, or an openness to learning airway-focused and myofunctional approaches Why Youâll Love Working With Us Patient-centered care model focused on long-term health, not just quick visits Opportunity to be part of a growing, modern approach to dentistry (airway-focused care) Supportive, collaborative team environment Consistent 4-day work week (MondayâWednesday, Friday) Meaningful work where your role directly impacts patient outcomes Opportunities for continued learning and professional growth Position Details Job Type: Full-time Schedule: MondayâWednesday, Friday (4-day work week) Pay Range: $38-48/hour, commensurate with experience Benefits: 401(k) Dental benefits Paid Time Off Professional development assistance Pay: $38.00 - $48.00 per hour Work Location: In person
