Learn more at www.flossypet.com THE ROLE You'll operate our pet spa van independently, traveling to clients' homes and pet-friendly locations across the Atlanta area. Each appointment involves performing cosmetic dental cleanings (above the gumline, no anesthesia), coaching pet owners on at-home care, and ensuring every pet leaves with a cleaner smile. This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role that is equal parts skilled animal handler, dental hygienist, and trusted educator. WHAT YOU’LL DO Perform anesthesia-free cosmetic dental cleanings on dogs and cats, focusing on plaque and tartar removal above the gumline Handle pets of all sizes and temperaments with calm, confident technique Educate owners on oral hygiene and provide personalized aftercare instructions Maintain detailed session records and uphold a clean, sterile work environment inside the van Manage your daily schedule and communicate proactively with clients and the Flossy team Represent Flossy at community events and build lasting relationships with pet owners WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Genuine love of animals and a calm, confident presence around dogs and cats of all sizes required Experience in pet grooming, veterinary assistance, or professional animal handling required Valid driver's license with 5+ years of clean driving history required Ability to pass a background check (no misdemeanor, felony, or DUI convictions) required Strong attention to detail and comfort following precise procedures Clear, warm communication style - you'll be the face of our company to every client Prior knowledge of dental care or oral hygiene (a plus, not required) COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE $40 per cleaning | 100% of tips kept | 3–4 days per week This is a part-time, appointment-based position. The schedule works well for people who want flexibility and prefer working independently on the road over a fixed office environment. You'll get paid $40 per cleaning plus keep all tips, which translates to an average of $30 to $42 per hour. As we grow our Atlanta client base, appointment volume is actively building and our early team members play a key role in shaping that growth.
