Seeking Hygienist with a current Hawaii State Hygienist License and has been certified for block anesthesia (preferred) or a Dentist to work as a Hygienist with a current Hawaii State Dentist License. Pay per day: Mon, Tue, Wed, or Fri: $480 (8 patient hour day) Sat: $420 (7 patient hour day) daily guaranteed minimum with the possibility of an additional commission added*. *45% of your production total for each pay period (1st - 15th day of the month; 16th - last day of the month) if this total is more than daily guaranteed for that pay period, the difference will be added to your guaranteed pay. Work hours: Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri (7:30 - 5, lunch break is noon to 1pm); Sat (7:30 - 3, no lunch break) Daily Office Huddle - 7:55 am Office Closed: Every Sun & Thu and 14 Holidays **Must go through an evaluation period prior to additional work days are awarded.
