We are seeking a compassionate and clinically strong Pediatric Dentist or General Dentist with a focus on pediatric care to join our team 2–3 days per week. Fast-growing, family-friendly community in the Boise metro area Excellent quality of life with access to outdoor recreation (hiking, skiing, lakes) Strong patient demand and supportive dental community Responsibilities: Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental care to pediatric patients (infants, children, and adolescents) Perform exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning Deliver preventive and restorative procedures (fillings, crowns, sealants, etc.) Perform pediatric dental procedures, including pulp therapy and extractions Administer or oversee nitrous oxide and/or general anesthesia as appropriate Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and preventive care Create a positive, comfortable, and engaging experience for children Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure efficient patient flow Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance with all regulations Qualifications: Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Completion of a Pediatric Dentistry residency (preferred) OR significant experience treating pediatric patients Active and unrestricted Idaho dental license (or ability to obtain) Nitrous oxide certification (required) Experience with sedation and pediatric behavior management techniques preferred Strong communication skills with both children and parents Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
