Office Hours below: Monday: 7:45am – 5:00pm Tuesday: 7:45am -5:00pm Wednesday: 7:45am – 5:00pm Thursday: 7:45am – 5:00pm Friday: OFF Saturday: OFF Sunday: OFF Responsibilities: What You’ll Do Our Dental Front Office should (but not limited to): Meet and greet patients with enthusiasm and kindness is our number one priority Ability to learn dental verbiage, coding, and procedures Knowledge of or ability to learn insurance benefits verification Manage patient documents and records Process and complete claim forms Engage and foster strong patient relationships through a positive experience Discuss treatment and financial arrangements with patients Schedule appointments and help develop productive schedules Demonstrate proper phone etiquette Participates and contributes to a positive work environment Qualifications: What We’re Looking For Warm and friendly personalities are welcomed!
