Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment. This role requires a strong commitment to patient education, preventive care, and the ability to perform a variety of dental procedures. Duties Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients. Diagnose dental conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans. Perform various dental procedures including but not limited to: - Root canal therapy - Dental extractions - Prosthodontics - Endodontics - Oral surgery - Crowns - Veneers Utilize medical imaging techniques to aid in diagnosis and treatment. Implement infection control protocols and maintain aseptic techniques during procedures. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care. Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure efficient patient flow. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations. Skills The successful candidate will possess the following skills: Strong knowledge of infection control practices and aseptic techniques. Expertise in performing complex procedures such as root canal therapy, dental extractions, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery. Familiarity with medical imaging technologies for effective diagnosis. Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients about their oral health. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining a compassionate approach towards patient care.
