Busy, well-established private practice in Lakeland, FL seeking an endodontist to join our growing team. PPO and fee-for-service patient base Modern, stand-alone office (7 operatories, 3,200 sq ft) Strong referral flow with high endo demand Supportive clinical and administrative team Flexible setup: independent contractor or employee Schedule: Start 1-2 days per month with the ability to quickly grow into a more consistent schedule based on demand.
