Job Title: Dental Assistant – Endodontic Practice (Full-Time) Location: Conyers & McDonough, GA Position Type: Full-Time (32–40 hours per week) About Us: We are a patient-focused, specialty endodontic practice committed to providing high-quality care in a professional and supportive environment. Our team values efficiency, compassion, and clinical excellence, and we are looking for a motivated Dental Assistant to join us. Position Overview: The Dental Assistant will play a key role in supporting our endodontic team by ensuring smooth clinical operations and delivering an exceptional patient experience. This position requires flexibility to work between our Conyers and McDonough locations. Our office hours are Monday-Thursday from 7:30am-5:30pm and Fridays from 7:30am-1:30pm with some 4-day work-weeks and no nights or weekends! Responsibilities: Assist the doctor during endodontic procedures Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms Take dental radiographs and CBCT images Maintain accurate patient records and charting Provide patient education and ensure comfort throughout treatment Follow all OSHA and infection control protocols Follow all HIPAA protocols Support front office and team as needed Requirements: Dental Assisting degree or Radiology Certificate (required) Ability to work at both Conyers and McDonough locations Strong communication and organizational skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Endodontic experience preferred but not required Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO) Medical, Dental, and additional insurance options 401(k) retirement plan Uniforms provided Monthly bonus opportunities Why Join Us?
