Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Assist in four-handed dentistry procedures, providing chairside support during treatments. Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure a safe environment. Stay current with dental terminology, anatomy knowledge, and general dentistry practices. Collaborate with the dental team to enhance patient experience and care quality. Skills Proficiency in Eaglesoft and Dentrix software for managing patient records and scheduling. Experience in pediatric dentistry, with the ability to work effectively with children. Knowledge of medical coding and documentation review processes. Familiarity with EMR systems for efficient patient data management. Strong understanding of dental assisting practices, including chairside assisting techniques. Ability to perform patient assessments accurately, ensuring comprehensive care delivery. Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and education.
