The Role Our office is growing and we are looking for a driven, self-motivated professional to join our team as a Front Office / Treatment Coordinator, someone who can take ownership of the patient experience, work independently, and drive case acceptance and office performance. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves connecting with patients, and knows how to confidently guide conversations toward a âYES.â Schedule: Training Period: Monday â Thursday Post-Training Schedule: Tuesday â Friday (4-day workweek) What Youâll Do Present treatment plans with confidence and achieve high case acceptance Guide patients through financial arrangements and payment options Keep the schedule aligned with daily, monthly, and yearly production goals Work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with the team Answer phones with excellence and convert calls into scheduled appointments Verify insurance and create accurate treatment plans Collect and post payments accurately Check patients in and out with a high level of service Follow up on pre-authorizations and unscheduled treatment Balance daily transactions and maintain financial accuracy Continuously adapt and grow with the needs of the practice What Weâre Looking For Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities Highly skilled in sales and case acceptance Exceptional customer service and communication skills A positive, team-first attitude (we win together) Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Strong organization and time management skills Dentrix experience is strongly preferred Solid understanding of dental insurance and financial coordination preferred 2+ years of dental experience preferred What We Offer 4-day workweek with a consistent schedule Generous paid time off to support true work-life balance Competitive pay based on experience Supportive, team-driven culture Opportunities for growth and professional development A practice that values accountability, initiative, and results Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Paid training Retirement plan Uniform allowance Vision insurance Experience: Dental Insurance: 2 years (Required) Treatment Plan Presentation: 2 years (Required) Dental Office: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
