Compensation & Benefits: Salary: $39,000/year Quarterly bonus opportunity (based on production/collections) 7 weeks paid vacation Strong work-life balance Schedule: Monday – Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM Summer Hours: Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday & Friday: 6:45 AM – 2:00 PM Position Overview: The Dental Assistant plays a key role in delivering a high standard of care. You will assist with procedures, support clinical operations, and ensure each patient has a comfortable and professional experience. This practice focuses on airway, implant, and comprehensive care , so attention to detail and a willingness to learn are critical.
