About This Opportunity We are a boutique, fee-for-service implant and restorative practice seeking an associate dentist to join our team in a buildable, growth-oriented role . Our model is centered on relationship-based, comprehensive care, where patients value trust, communication, and long-term outcomes. About Our Practice The Djawdan Center focuses on dental implants, full-arch (All-on-X) reconstruction, and advanced restorative dentistry. All surgical and restorative care is performed in-house by Dr. Kian Djawdan, allowing for a highly collaborative and elevated patient experience. Our patient base is primarily adults (50+) who choose our practice for the quality of care and personalized approach we provide. Role Overview This position is structured to begin with foundational responsibilities and expand over time. Initial focus: Hygiene exams (primarily Monday–Wednesday) Problem-focused and emergency visits Same-day and next-day restorative care Building trust and continuity with an established patient base As the role develops: Expanded restorative dentistry Cosmetic dentistry opportunities Exposure to and participation in implant treatment planning and restoration Collaboration on comprehensive cases Increased clinical autonomy Ideal Candidate We are seeking a clinician who is: Approachable and patient-centered Emotionally intelligent and a strong communicator Humble, coachable, and motivated to grow Interested in restorative, cosmetic, and/or implant dentistry Experience: Ideally 2+ years of clinical experience , including a General Practice Residency (GPR) and/or private practice experience Prior exposure to implant dentistry is a plus; a strong interest in learning and growing in this area is highly valued Compensation & Schedule $1,000 daily rate during the initial phase Flexible start: 1 day per week if preferred We are prepared to commit to 2–3 days per week , with growth to up to 4 days as demand builds Benefits Benefits are structured to align with the number of days worked and will evolve as the role grows.
