Patient Experience: Greet and welcome patients with a professional, friendly demeanor. Answer phones and manage inquiries as the first point of contact for our practice. Administration & Scheduling: Manage patient records and schedules using Eaglesoft , Patient Connect , and Weave . Insurance: Verify insurance information and assist with data entry to ensure a seamless administrative workflow. Collaborative Support: Act as a team player to ensure the office runs smoothly and every patient leaves with a positive experience.
