Job Summary: Upper Merion Dental Associates is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and detail-oriented Dental Hygienist to join our growing team! We are a patient-focused practice committed to providing high-quality care in a friendly, welcoming environment. In this role, you will play a vital part in promoting oral health and educating patients on preventive care. Responsibilities include performing dental cleanings, periodontal assessments, taking digital radiographs, and collaborating closely with our doctors and team to ensure an exceptional patient experience. Responsibilities: - Perform dental hygiene services and procedures, including dental cleanings and preventive care education. - Assess patients’ oral health and report findings to dentists. - Chart conditions of dental decay and disease for diagnosis and treatment by the dentist. - Manage and maintain a sterile and safe environment following infection control protocols. - Use digital radiography equipment to take dental X-rays. - Assist with the management of patient records. Qualifications: - Licensed Dental Hygienist in Pennsylvania - Experience with pediatric patients preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage time efficiently.
