With your strong customer service and communication skills, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience. Responsibilities: Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms Take dental radiographs (x-rays) Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after procedures Provide patients with post-treatment instructions Maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft Follow all OSHA and office safety protocols Qualifications: Previous dental assisting experience required Experience with Eaglesoft dental software preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail and organization Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology X-ray certification preferred (or required per MA regulations) What We Offer: Pay: $28.00 â $31.00 per hour (based on experience) Paid Time Off Dental Insurance Health Insurance Supportive, team-oriented work environment Pay: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
