We are a busy and welcoming orthodontic office seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about patient care, education, and creating a positive dental experience. Responsibilities: Perform dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance Conduct oral health assessments and chart findings Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment plans Assist the orthodontist/dentist with patient care as needed Maintain accurate and detailed patient records Follow infection control and sterilization protocols Support a smooth and efficient clinical workflow Requirements: Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license Current CPR/BLS certification (preferred) Strong communication and patient education skills Gentle, caring chairside manner Detail-oriented and organized Ability to work well in a team environment Orthodontic experience is a plus, but not required Join our team and be part of a supportive, patient-focused environment dedicated to providing excellent care!
