Dental Assistant – East Boston & Swampscott Full-Time | Monday–Thursday | 3-Day Weekend Every Week Looking for more than just a job? Why You’ll Love This Role 3-day weekend EVERY week (Friday–Sunday off ) Work in state-of-the-art, modern offices Be part of a friendly, supportive, and team-driven culture Exposure to advanced dentistry (Perio, Endo, Surgical, Ortho, General) Competitive pay + full benefits package What You’ll Be Doing This is not your average assisting role — you’ll be a key clinical leader : Serve as the right hand to providers , ensuring smooth clinical flow Assist across multiple specialties: Perio, Endo, General, Surgical, and Ortho Help drive patient flow and day-to-day operations Support digital workflows including: iTero scanning Invisalign cases Digital dentistry systems Maintain high standards of patient care and clinical excellence What We’re Looking For Minimum 5 years of dental assisting experience Valid Massachusetts Dental Assistant License Strong knowledge of dental anatomy Experience with Invisalign & digital dentistry (A+ proficiency preferred) Ability to make decisions and think independently in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation (required to commute between both offices) Schedule: 2 days in East Boston 2 days in Swampscott Schedule Monday–Thursday | 7:45 AM – 6:00 PM Enjoy a consistent 3-day weekend, every week Ready to Join Us?
