Competitive Compensation (Structured to Reward Performance) First 6 Months $700 - $800 per diem OR 36% of collections (minus lab fees) Whichever is greater How It Works (Clear & Transparent): Each month, we total your per diem earnings and your percentage of collections. If your percentage exceeds your per diem total, we will deducted from the total month percentage the amount of per diem paid, and you receive the difference. You are paid the greater of the two â not both, the greater is based on a full month, not on a daily basis. Limited Ownership Opportunity After one (1) years of full-time employment in good standing, you will be considered for a minority ownership percentage , creating a long-term pathway to equity and wealth building. What Youâll Do You will deliver high-quality comprehensive dentistry, including: Examinations & diagnosis Preventative care & hygiene oversight Restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns, prosthodontics) Extractions & oral surgery Root canal therapy Pediatric dentistry Treatment planning & case presentation You will: Conduct thorough medical and dental history reviews Develop comprehensive treatment plans Clearly explain procedures in patient-friendly language Maintain strict infection control and HIPAA compliance Document accurately using EHR systems such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Epic Work in efficient four-handed dentistry alongside a trained team What Weâre Looking For We are seeking a dentist who is: Clinically strong in general dentistry procedures Confident in extractions and endodontics Comfortable treating pediatric and family patients Skilled in comprehensive case presentation Proficient in dental software systems Committed to infection control excellence Empathetic, professional, and team-oriented Growth-driven and ownership-minded Why Join Us?
