Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) / Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) – General Dentistry We are seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) to join our comprehensive care general dentistry practice . Registered Dental Assistant Key Responsibilities Assist the dentist during general dentistry procedures Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments in compliance with OSHA standards Take digital X-rays and intraoral images (as certified/permitted) Provide chairside support for restorative, preventive, and cosmetic procedures Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment Support overall office efficiency and positive team culture Registered Dental Assistant Required Qualifications Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) preferred Willing to train the right candidate with strong work ethic and interest in dentistry Knowledge of general dentistry procedures and clinical protocols Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Commitment to providing an outstanding patient experience Current certifications as required by state regulations (X-ray, CPR, etc.) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Bereavement leave Dental insurance Employee discount Flextime On-the-job training Paid sick time Paid time off Profit sharing Retirement plan Education: Associate (Preferred) Experience: Dental assisting: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: RDA/CDA (Preferred) Work Location: In person
