Duties Provide high-quality general dentistry services including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and extractions with precision and compassion Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, to develop personalized treatment plans Perform advanced procedures such as root canal therapy, dental extractions, prosthodontics, and endodontics while adhering to best practices in infection control and aseptic technique Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants using four-handed dentistry techniques to optimize patient comfort and efficiency Maintain accurate medical documentation and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and office protocols Utilize dental imaging tools and anatomy knowledge to diagnose issues accurately and plan effective treatments Educate patients on oral health maintenance, preventive care, and treatment options to promote long-term wellness Skills Proficiency in dental software, Eaglesoft, for scheduling, documentation, and charting Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, and infection control standards Experience in pediatric dentistry and working with pediatric patients (pediatrics) is highly desirable Skilled in performing dental fabrication procedures including crowns, bridges, and prosthetics Ability to interpret medical imaging results accurately for diagnosis and treatment planning Excellent patient care skills with a focus on compassionate communication and patient assessment Familiarity with HIPAA compliance for safeguarding patient information Knowledge of oral surgery techniques including dental extractions and root canal therapy Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a team-oriented mindset Join us to make a meaningful difference in patientsâ lives through exceptional dental care!
