Dental Front Desk Receptionist We are an established practice in the area that recently just completed a brand new construction of a six operatory, 3,000 sq ft, state of the art practice. We are actively growing and looking to add another team member to our excellent and experienced team. This position is mainly for the front desk, but knowledge and experience in the back as a previous dental assistant is a plus because on occasion some help is required in the clinical parts of the practice. This is a full time position with all workplace benefits provided including health insurance, 401k with a matching contribution, paid time off, and free dental care. We also have an option for a more flexible, part time schedule if that works better for the ideal candidate. Job duties include: Greet patients when they arrive at the dentist's office Schedule appointments for patients Submit patient claims to insurance companies Insurance verification and fax backs Keep track of office supplies and place orders for more supplies when necessary Perform accounting tasks such as taking patient payments and preparing billing statements Prepare patient treatment plans and present financials to patients Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner Manage social media platforms, reviews, and patient engagement Occasionally help out chairside and turning over of dental operatories Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience: Dental Reception: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
