The Role: The Business Assistant is the face of our practice and the backbone of our front office operations. You will bring a warm, energetic presence to our patient interactions while maintaining a sharp focus on the administrative details that keep the clinic running efficiently. Key Responsibilities Exceptional Patient Care: Greet patients with a warm smile and enthusiastic energy, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they walk in. Insurance & Billing Mastery: Manage dental insurance protocols, billing, and collections with high accuracy. Treatment Planning & Pre-Auths: Take complete ownership of pre-authorizations and treatment plan follow-ups, ensuring no patient falls through the cracks. Schedule & Workflow Management: Manage the daily schedule to optimize workflow, completing all daily reports and tasks with a strong sense of urgency. Qualifications Prior experience in a dental front office setting. 2-3 years preferred minimum. Strong understanding of dental insurance, billing, and collection protocols. Demonstrated ability to successfully manage pre-authorizations and present treatment plans. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Comfortable with technology, modern digital dental practices.
