Patient Coordinator (Dental Front Desk) Jackson Family Dentistry | Downers Grove, IL Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift with one evening and one Saturday per month Overview Jackson Family Dentistry is a privately owned, one-doctor dental practice focused on high-quality care and long-term patient relationships. We are seeking an experienced Patient Coordinator to manage front office operations and serve as the first point of contact for our patients. This is a key role in a fast-paced environment and requires prior dental experience. Schedule Monday – Wednesday: 6:45 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM Friday: Closed 1 Saturday per month: 6:45 AM – 1:30 PM Requirements (Required to Apply) Minimum 5 years of dental front desk / patient coordinator experience Strong knowledge of dental insurance, verification, and benefits breakdown Experience with scheduling, treatment coordination, and patient communication Comfortable managing phones, texts, and emails in a busy office Strong organizational and multitasking skills This is not an entry-level position. Dental experience is required.
