We are looking for a well qualified and skilled clinician to join an amazing practice! This is a state of the art office with fee for service patients. We have a wonderful team that works very well together. We are willing to train a new graduate that is the right fit! Qualifications Degree or certificate in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program and a valid state license Takes digital x-rays Excellent verbal and written communication skills Responsibilities Performs oral healthcare and risk assessments by evaluating a patient's current health status including all medications Performs an extraoral and intraoral examination and oral cancer screening Completes a comprehensive dental and periodontal charting that includes a detailed description and evaluation of the gingiva and periodontium Educates patients on the importance of good nutrition for maintaining optimal oral health Takes intraoral photos Treatment plans work needed and educates patient on why it’s needed scans with itero (willing to train) develops lasting relationships with patients and makes them feel comfortable Benefits Part Time hours Monday 9-6, Friday 8-1 (2/month), Saturday 8-1 (1/month) Competitive hourly pay with flexible schedule Medical insurance 401k retirement plan Paid holidays and vacation time Job Type: Part-time Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off License/Certification: Registered Dental Hygienist (Preferred) Work Location: In person
