Job Description: We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our dental team. The ideal candidate is professional, compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent patient care. This position requires someone who works well in a fast-paced environment and communicates effectively with patients and team members. Responsibilities: Prepare treatment rooms and patients for dental procedures Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment Take x-rays as needed Provide patients with instructions for oral care following procedures Maintain accurate patient records and charting Ensure operatories are stocked and organized Support the front office and clinical team as needed Follow all OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control guidelines Qualifications: Dental assisting experience preferred Current radiology certification required Knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and sterilization techniques Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and team-player mentality Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to make patients feel comfortable and welcome Preferred Skills: Experience with digital x-rays and dental software Chairside assisting experience in general dentistry Ability to multitask efficiently Strong work ethic and professional appearance Benefits: Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off Holidays off Supportive team environment Opportunity for professional growth and development How to Apply: Please submit your resume and a brief summary of your experience.
