Position: -Dental office Front Desk-Treatment Coordinator Location: River City Dental in St Cloud, MN Office hours: Monday–Thursday 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Friday 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM Employment Type: Full-Time position About You: You’re a strong communicator who can confidently and compassionately talk with patients about treatment options and financial arrangements. Responsibilities: Welcoming patients and ensuring a smooth, friendly front office experience. Coordinating treatment plans and explaining them clearly to patients. Managing scheduling and patient follow-ups. Supporting the team with administrative and clerical tasks. Patient check-in/check-out and scheduling in Eaglesoft Answering phones and managing patient communication Insurance verification, submission, and billing support Maintaining an organized and efficient front desk flow Create a seamless and positive patient experience Accuracy and attention to detail Reliability and consistency Positive, team oriented attitude Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
