This is a full-time opportunity (4–5 days per week) based primarily in our Monticello location, with occasional travel to our Sartell and Princeton offices. We have three board-certified orthodontists and three locations, and offer treatment with both traditional braces and clear aligners. Who We’re Looking For: As an orthodontic assistant, you will play an essential role in delivering excellent patient experiences while supporting high-quality clinical care. You will work in a fast-paced practice that values teamwork, professionalism and continuous improvement. This role includes a wide range of responsibilities, including: Chairside assisting with clear aligners and traditional braces Thorough and accurate record-keeping Communication with patients and families Utilization of intraoral scanning (we are impression-less!), 3D printing and other modern orthodontic technologies Fabrication of vacuum-formed orthodontic retainers Required qualifications: Valid Minnesota dental assisting license Current BLS certification Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to relate well with patients of all ages The ideal candidate: Takes pride in delivering high-quality care and exceptional customer service Thrives in a team-oriented environment Is motivated to grow professionally and contribute to team success Brings a positive, can-do attitude to work each day What We Offer: This is a full-time career opportunity for someone looking to join a top-notch orthodontic team!
