Looking for a Dental Hygienist to work 2-4 days a week in our well established single dentist private practice. Flexible on days but need Thursday coverage. 60minute appointments. Office hours 8am-4pm. Fun team to work with! Duties: - Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth - Take and develop dental x-rays-Dexis Nomad - Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide oral health instructions - Conduct patient assessments, including reviewing medical history and performing oral cancer screenings -Scaling and Root Planing and Perio Maintenance - Administer local anesthesia as needed - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the dental office system - Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment Experience: - New Grads encouraged to apply - Familiarity with medical documentation and record keeping - Strong understanding of infection control protocols in a dental setting We offer competitive compensation and flexible hours for our employees.
