Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team. The Dental Assistant will be responsible for providing chairside support to dentists during dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Additionally, the Dental Assistant will be responsible for scheduling patients' next appointments. Key Responsibilities: Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures. Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment. Ensure patients are comfortable and prepared for treatments. Take and develop dental X-rays. Record patient information and update dental records. Provide postoperative instructions as directed by the dentist. Manage infection control by preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment. Maintain a clean and organized dental operatory and lab. Schedule patients' next appointments, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal patient experience. Manage supplies and inventory. Perform other related duties as required. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Dental Assistant certification or diploma from an accredited program. Current CPR certification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on patient care. Ability to work well in a team environment. Proficiency in using dental software and scheduling systems.
