The ideal candidate must possess the following skills and competencies: Must have a passion for dentistry and patient care. Dental assisting experience is a must, certification is preferred but not required. X-ray certification in a requirement. Have an education-forward mindset. Ability to multitask. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate patient records. Exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to interact well with all types of personalities. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to problem solve calmly and effectively. Capable of being adaptable, flexible and must be able to work well on a team.
