Associate Dentist - Dallin Josephson DDS LLC - Excelsior Springs, MO

We are a small practice and I am looking for a dentist to come in and take some of the patient load and help me continue to scale the practice. I am open to different work schedules and would be willing to entertain anywhere from 2-5 day work weeks. Right now we are M-Th 8am-4pm. I recently renovated the practice space so there are now 7 ops. 5 are fully stocked and ready to go and 2 are in the process of getting setting up. Our team currently has me (the dentist), 3 assistants, one front office, and 2 hygienists (1 of which does assisted hygiene). We take most insurances including medicaid. I do most general dentistry procedures but do refer out some molar endo, all implant dentistry and most surgical extractions. This practice has been here for 40+ years, I bought it about 3 years ago when the previous dentist had to retire due to some health concerns. I have been working to build up the practice and stay busy and have gotten to a point where I believe I could add another dentist and keep us both busy.
