Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Front Desk person to join our family run practice . The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of the front desk area and ensure efficient patient flow and excellent customer service. We work Monday through Friday, with some early mornings and 1 late night per week till 8 pm, totaling approximately 40 hrs per week. We are closed on weekends. Our main location is Westwood, NJ and we have a satellite offices in Fort Lee (twice monthly).T he ability to work in both locations is required for the position. Responsibilities - Manage the front desk operations, including scheduling, check-in, check-out, and patient inquiries - Maintain electronic health records - Keep the front desk area organized and well-maintained Skills - - Strong communication ,customer service skills as well as strong ELECTRONIC SKILLS. - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Previous experience with computerized scheduling systems - Experience working in a dental office or medical collection environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour Work Location: In person
