Position Overview We are seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who is primarily comfortable assisting in orthodontics, with some crossover into pediatric dentistry as needed. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a positive, team-oriented environment and wants to be part of building something from the ground up. Schedule Part-time Must be available for afternoons/evenings Some flexibility, but reliability is key Responsibilities Assist with orthodontic procedures (braces, clear aligners, adjustments, debonds) Assist with pediatric dental procedures as needed Take digital scans, photos, and radiographs Prepare and break down operatories Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment Provide excellent chairside manner and patient communication Sterilization and infection control protocols Qualifications Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – New Jersey (required) X-ray license (required) Orthodontic experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate) Pediatric experience is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and team-first mentality Detail-oriented and reliable What We’re Looking For Someone who is friendly, polished, and professional A team player who takes pride in their work Comfortable in a startup environment (flexible, adaptable, growth mindset) Someone who values patient experience as much as clinical excellence Why Join Us?
