Dental Front Desk/Treatment Plan Coordinator We are so excited to add a treatment coordinator to our growing team. We are Smiles Made Perfect. Our office is looking for a motivated individual with a strong sales background, excellent communication/customer service skills, and dental experience to join our growing team! In this position you will be assisting with front desk tasks as well as presenting the treatment plan to patients after the dentist makes the diagnosis. This requires strong sales and communication skills to reinforce the need and urgency in order to schedule treatment. Our goal is to help patients achieve and maintain good oral health by preventing/eliminating dental disease, restoring proper function, and helping patients achieve the aesthetic attributes of their teeth. You will make a difference in the lives of patients by helping them take ownership of their dental care. We are looking for individuals with a positive outgoing personality that are warm and friendly. Someone that loves to help and serve people. Other duties will be to help with front office responsibilities answering phones, scheduling, and greeting patients. Along with excellent sales and communication skills this position requires good computer skills to navigate our dental software. This position is full time the hours of operation are Monday thru Thursday 8am to 4pm.
