We are seeking a confident, organized, and personable Treatment Coordinator who can help patients understand their treatment plans and guide them through scheduling, financing, and completing their care. Key Responsibilities Case Presentation & Case Acceptance Clearly explain treatment plans, procedures, and benefits to patients Review financial options, insurance estimates, and payment plans Help patients move forward confidently with recommended treatment Improve case acceptance and production through effective communication Scheduling & Patient Coordination Schedule treatment efficiently according to clinical priority and doctor availability Coordinate multi-visit treatment plans Follow up with patients who have unscheduled treatment Maintain accurate follow up notes and patient records Insurance & Financial Coordination Present insurance estimates and patient portions Answer patient questions about coverage and costs Coordinate financing options when needed Patient Experience Build trust and strong relationships with patients Provide excellent customer service and professionalism Help patients feel comfortable and cared for Ideal Candidate Qualifications Required: 1+ year experience in a dental office as a treatment coordinator Insurance knowledge Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized and detail-oriented Confident discussing finances and treatment plans Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Preferred: Dentrix experience (or similar dental software) Invisalign or cosmetic dentistry experience Compensation & Benefits Starting at $25 per hour base depending on experience (total compensation $60,000–$90,000 potential with performance bonuses) Performance bonuses based on case acceptance and office growth Paid time off (for full-time) Supportive, positive team environment Growth opportunities within the practice How to Apply Please submit your resume through Indeed.
