NM Registered Dental Assistant We are looking for a warm, energetic, and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team! What We’re Looking For: Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience (required) Active New Mexico Dental Assistant License (required) A genuine people person who enjoys connecting with patients Positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic Comfortable with digital dentistry and technology (or eager to learn) Computer savvy and able to multitask efficiently Strong communication and organizational skills Detail-oriented and proactive Willingness to grow and learn in a dynamic environment What You’ll Do: Assist the doctor chairside during procedures Help manage patient flow and ensure a smooth, calm experience Take digital scans, X-rays, and assist with modern dental technologies Ensure strict adherence to infection control, sterilization, OSHA, and HIPAA standards Support clinical and administrative tasks as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment Schedule: Full-time Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Dental Insurance We’re looking for someone who enjoys being part of a collaborative team and takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable and cared for.
