Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Brooklyn, NY
Location: Downtown Brooklyn, NY Job Type: Full-time We are a modern, fast-paced dental office seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable assisting in advanced and surgical procedures , including crowns and implants. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during a wide range of procedures, including crown preparations, implant surgeries, and restorative treatments Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories Take digital X-rays Perform iTero scans confidently and efficiently Maintain accurate patient records and charting Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment Provide excellent patient care and support throughout procedures Requirements 3â5 years of dental assisting experience (required) Strong experience with surgical procedures (implants, crown work, extractions, etc.) Knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization protocols, and OSHA standards Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with digital systems (e.g., Open Dental, Dentrix) Familiarity with intraoral scanners and modern dental technology What We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience) Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour Work Location: In person
