Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Orthodontics | Bilingual (Spanish/English) Perfect Smile Doc Perfect Smile Doc is growing, and we are looking for a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with orthodontic experience to join our team. This role goes beyond clinical assisting. We are looking for someone who is comfortable interacting with patients, building trust, and helping them feel confident about starting treatment. Location This position requires rotation between our offices: 555 E Fordham Rd, Bronx, NY 468 E Fordham Rd, Bronx, NY 192 Dyckman St, New York, NY Responsibilities Assist the orthodontist during procedures (braces, adjustments, bonding, etc.) Take digital scans, X-rays, and patient photos Prepare and sterilize instruments in compliance with OSHA standards Maintain efficient patient flow in a high-volume environment Provide a positive and professional patient experience Support new patient visits by helping patients understand the value of treatment Requirements Active RDA license in New York Orthodontic experience required Bilingual in Spanish and English Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Availability to work Saturdays Compensation and Benefits $24 to $30 per hour, based on experience Simple IRA with company match Paid time off that increases with tenure Opportunities for growth within the company If you are looking for a place where you can grow, contribute, and be part of a strong team, we would like to hear from you!
