Responsibilities Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments following infection control protocols to maintain a safe clinical environment. Assist dentists during various procedures such as restorations, endodontics, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry treatments using chairside assisting techniques. Take digital dental X-rays, including 3D scans when applicable, ensuring proper positioning and patient comfort. Manage patient records accurately within Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems like Dentrix or Eaglesoft while adhering to HIPAA regulations for patient privacy. Maintain aseptic techniques and ensure all clinical areas meet infection control standards through proper sterilization and handling of medical imaging equipment Experience Prior experience working in a dental clinic setting is highly preferred; familiarity with dental assisting duties is essential. Hands-on experience with X-ray procedures, including digital imaging and 3D scanning technology, enhances patient diagnostics capabilities. Strong understanding of anatomy knowledge relevant to dentistry alongside medical terminology enhances communication within the team. Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour Work Location: In person
