Seeking Registered Dental Hygienist for Tuesday's 9:45am-7:00pm. And Thursday 9:45am-4:00pm. We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide quality care and oral hygiene services to our patients while promoting their overall dental health. Duties - Perform dental cleanings and assist with procedures under the dentist's supervision - Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventative care - Take and develop dental x-rays - Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix or similar software - Conduct patient assessments, including vital signs and medical history review - Assist with medical coding and billing as needed Skills - Proficiency in medical terminology related to dentistry - Experience with four-handed dentistry techniques - Knowledge of medical records management - Ability to perform patient assessments effectively - Familiarity with Dentrix or similar dental practice management systems - Understanding of medical coding principles - Competency in medical imaging assisting - Proficient in taking vital signs for patient evaluation Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour License/Certification: Registered Dental Hygienist (Required) Ability to Commute: New Hyde Park, NY 11040 (Required) Work Location: In person
