Associate Dentist – Part-Time (3 Days/Week) We are seeking an experienced, confident Associate Dentist to join our busy, multi-provider dental practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a doctor who can step into a full schedule and perform at a high level. POSITION DETAILS Part-time – 3 days per week Established, high-volume practice Strong patient flow (new patients & emergencies) Modern, fully digital office REQUIREMENTS 2–4+ years clinical experience preferred Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills Proficient in restorative, crown & bridge, extractions, and endodontics Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced setting Excellent communication and case acceptance RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver high-quality comprehensive care Diagnose and present treatment clearly and confidently Maintain efficiency while ensuring a strong patient experience Collaborate with the clinical and front desk teams Complete accurate clinical documentation COMPENSATION High earning potential (daily guarantee + production-based) Steady, productive schedule For experienced doctors only.
