We are seeking a reliable Bilingual and motivated Dental Assistant II to join our growing dental team. The ideal candidate will play an integral role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the efficient day-to-day operations of the practice. This position requires a solid understanding of dental procedures, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment. Key Responsibilities Assist dentists during examinations and procedures utilizing four-handed dentistry techniques. Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials prior to patient appointments. Take and process dental radiographs in compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment instructions. Adhere to infection control and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe clinical environment. Monitor and record vital signs and assist with medical imaging as needed. Required Skills and Qualifications Proficiency in dental terminology and general dentistry procedures. Strong chairside assisting skills with a commitment to aseptic technique. Working knowledge of dental anatomy relevant to clinical procedures. Experience with medical documentation and patient record management; familiarity with medical coding is a plus. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to promote a positive patient experience. Prior experience in a dental office or clinical setting is highly preferred.
