We are intentionally scheduled — typically 8–10 patients per day— with enough time to do our best work. The environment is calm, organized, and built around clinical precision and a genuinely excellent patient experience. The team is small. Communication is direct. Everyone takes ownership of their work and supports each other. The Schedule Monday / Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM Wednesday / Thursday: 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM No Fridays. No weekends. The Role We're hiring a full-time EFDA with strong restorative experience who is confident working independently and takes real pride in the quality of their work. You'll work directly alongside the doctor every day and play a central role in clinical delivery. This position is best suited for someone who values precision over volume, thrives in a structured and predictable environment, and is ready to be trusted with actual clinical responsibility.
