Dental Hygienist - Bayview Dental - Fort Lauderdale, FL

We are seeking an All-Star for our well established, fast growing, multi-doctor private practice. You will work collaboratively with doctors to educate patients while providing a high quality of care and positive patient experiences. We provide general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, periodontics, and implant dentistry. Minimum 3 years dental hygiene experience is a MUST. Our hygienists also make anywhere between $300- $900 a month in commissions. This a minimum 4 day per week schedule at our Lauderdale by the Sea location. Benefits Direct deposit Compensation based on experience Commission based bonus program Weekly payroll 6 paid Holidays after 90 days Potential for 2 weeks paid vacation Team-focused, uplifting and educational work culture Requirements Take X-rays, recording and reviewing patient medical histories Cleaning teeth, calcareous deposits, accretions and stains from teeth and beneath gum margins with dental instruments Applying fluorides and other cavity preventing agents to prevent dental decay Maintaining and sterilizing dental instruments and equipment MUST have minimum 3 years experience as a Dental Hygienist Computer proficiency and the ability to learn new programs Providing excellent customer service to all patients and visitors Superior working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology Skills Excellent working knowledge of overall dentistry and dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation. Understanding of health & safety regulation.
