Responsibilities Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments to maintain optimal oral health. Conduct patient assessments by reviewing medical histories, vital signs, and dental charts to ensure safe and effective care. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care strategies to promote lifelong dental wellness. Take and develop medical imaging such as X-rays while adhering to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques. Review and update medical records accurately in electronic medical record (EMR) in Eaglesoft ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
